Lita first showed up in the WWE as the valet of former superstar Essa Rios. The fiery redhead has proven time and time again what a very valuable asset she is to the Hardy Boyz. Helping them on more than one occassion to turn the match in their favor. Lita is the perfect compliment to Matt and Jeff's style, making it very easy to see why she makes up the third member of Team Extreme. Her moonsault is one of the best the business has ever seen, male or female wise. Though a broken neck has sidelined her for what's been forcasted as a year, look for her to return better than ever.
